for science yesterday we created sherbet the foamed in your mouth because of your saliva. 
here is the recipe: 
1/4 cup of icing sugar 
1 tsp of powdered cordial 
1/4 tsp of baking soda 
1/4 tsp of citric acid 
1/4 tsp tartaric acid
